Our support is currently limited to e-mail and live chat. E-mail support is available 24 hours a day and replies are never more than 24 hours from reception. Live chat is available between 8 AM and 5 PM central standard time Monday through Friday except for holidays.

Several of our packages do offer remote support and service. This is above and beyond e-mail and live chat and will allow our support technicians to directly access your website as well as your hosted app. This is usually the most efficient form support and we do encourage customers who are happy with our products and services to upgrade to this. They can make a two week problem become a two-day problem very quickly.
